Learn to combine meditation and mindfulness with cooking, and uncover the comfort and joy that can be had in the rituals of food preparation.
Alongside practical bread-baking skills, in this conscious cooking class we’ll learn to use our intuition to guide us in choosing our own ingredients from a gorgeous spread, to create beautiful bread that’s unique to us. We’ll use meditation to connect with our hearts, and we’ll spend the afternoon cooking from that beautiful place.
As well as baking beautiful bread that feeds both your belly and your heart., we’ll also learn to make fresh butter from scratch, and fresh ricotta too.
The class cost includes all ingredients, your beautiful loaf of bread and fresh-made butter and cheese to take home.
